Lead designer and master planner for the luxury ocean front resort located on the Pacific Coast of Baja Mexico. Project was envisioned to consist of luxury branded hotel condominiums, beach club and premier custom villas on dramatic ocean view half acre lots. Hotel and branded residential community is part of an overall 1,800 acre master planned residential community and championship golf course. One acre residential lots, an equestrian center and future commercial and retail have been planned around an extensive allocation to the preservation of natural topography and biological reserves. A dramatic Entry Feature including water features and thematic landscaping coupled with a new highway off-ramp and highway improvements were designed in conjunction with planned future projects utilizing the same entry and improvements.
